Learn to play
Regardless if you have never ridden a horse before or you are a seasoned professional – The Victorian Polo Academy can help your polo game. For beginners, learn the basics from riding, the polo swing, the rules and then eventually participate in practice chukkas with other players of a similar standard. All you need is a pair of jeans, some boots and a want to learn the best horse sport there is. All other equipment is supplied. If you already play, the Victorian Polo Academy Coaches can work on specific parts of your game and or tactics to ensure you are playing to your optimum.
During the 2009/10 polo season the Victorian Polo Academy, managed by Luke & Matt O'Leary had over 50 students from which over half participated in tournaments throughout the season.
The VPC offers special rates for new VPC members.
"We welcome all new players to the game, so anyone interested in learning the game of polo, or improving their game, please come and join us.... Everyone is welcome".
